60 Days From Today
Find a date sixty days ahead and distinguish it from two calendar months or sixty weekdays.
To calculate 60 days from today, add sixty calendar dates after today. The tool below starts at sixty days ahead and includes weekends. Do not substitute two calendar months: depending on the starting month, the two instructions can lead to different dates.
Add 60 calendar days, with today as day zero. Weekends and holidays count toward the date unless you explicitly choose weekday counting.

Use the Calculator
The input starts at 60 days. Keep Direction on From Today to move forward, or select Before Today to move backward. The result names the target date and weekday, shows an ISO date in year-month-day order, and identifies the starting date and time zone. Copy Date saves those details together.
Keep Workdays off for the calendar-date answer. Turning it on advances until the requested number of Monday-to-Friday dates has been counted, which usually gives a later date. The weekday total in the result card is a count of dates, not a prediction of available working capacity.
The server initially calculates using the displayed UTC date. Once the browser loads, the tool uses your device’s local date and time zone, checking again while the page remains open. Near midnight, these can differ by a day. Read the displayed starting date before comparing the answer with a colleague elsewhere.
Worked Example: September 6 to November 5, 2026
Start this worked example on September 6, 2026. Sixty calendar days later is November 5, 2026. The example stays fixed to make the arithmetic reproducible; the result card above uses the current starting date shown alongside its time zone.
Step 1: Count from September 7 to September 30. That contributes twenty-four dates. Because this is addition from September 6, the sixth itself is day zero and is not included in those twenty-four.
Step 2: Add the whole of October. Its thirty-one days brings the accumulated count to 24 + 31 = 55. Reaching the end of a month is a checkpoint in the calculation, not a reason to round the interval up.
Step 3: Add the five dates still needed in November. November 1 through November 5 completes sixty. As a second check, sixty days is eight weeks and four days: a Sunday start advances four weekdays after eight full weeks, arriving on Thursday.
Compare Sixty Days with Two Calendar Months
Two consecutive months do not have a fixed combined length. The table uses starting dates with unambiguous matching day numbers, so it compares day addition with month addition without introducing month-end adjustment rules.
| Starting date | Add 60 calendar days | Add two calendar months |
|---|---|---|
| January 1, 2026 | March 2, 2026 | March 1, 2026 |
| January 1, 2028 | March 1, 2028 | March 1, 2028 |
| July 1, 2026 | August 30, 2026 | September 1, 2026 |
| September 6, 2026 | November 5, 2026 | November 6, 2026 |
| December 15, 2026 | February 13, 2027 | February 15, 2027 |
The July example differs by two days because July and August both have thirty-one days. The common-year January example differs in the opposite direction because January and February together have fifty-nine days. A leap day changes that combination to sixty.
Month-based scheduling can still be useful for recurring reviews. The point is to choose the instruction deliberately. A fixed sixty-day interval keeps the number of dates constant, while a two-month schedule keeps the relationship to calendar months.
How Many Weekdays Are in Sixty Calendar Days?
Eight complete weeks contribute forty Monday-to-Friday dates and sixteen weekend dates. The four remaining calendar dates contain between two and four weekdays. A sixty-date block therefore has forty-two to forty-four weekdays before holiday deductions.
In the September 6 example, the added dates run from September 7 through November 5. This includes forty-four weekdays and sixteen weekend dates. The tool displays that breakdown without claiming those forty-four dates are all available workdays.
If you switch on Workdays, the input becomes sixty counted weekdays, not a sixty-calendar-day window with weekends visually removed. From September 6, 2026, sixty Monday-to-Friday dates reaches November 27, 2026. That is substantially later than November 5.
Use your own applicable holiday list if the task requires business days rather than weekdays. Deduct only holidays that fall on counted weekdays, and do not subtract a weekend holiday twice. The page does not select a country, employer schedule, or holiday-observation rule for you.
Keep the Start Date, End Date, and Counting Rule Together
For a sixty-date period that includes today as day one, add fifty-nine days. In the example above, that changes the final date from November 5 to November 4. Counting both endpoints of an already calculated sixty-day interval would instead include sixty-one dates.
If you are planning a thirty-day check-in within a sixty-day interval, calculate both dates from the same fixed start. Do not recalculate thirty days from whatever day you happen to open a reminder; doing so can move the midpoint away from the original plan.
Crossing December into January requires no special reset. Continue through the year boundary while preserving the count. A leap year likewise changes the actual dates you pass through, not the rule that sixty calendar additions must be made.
A saved endpoint remains fixed while the remaining interval gets shorter. If you want a countdown, use that saved endpoint. If you want a rolling sixty-day horizon, recomputing from today is appropriate. These are different workflows even though both use the same calculator.
Save the Result and Explore Other Intervals
For a real milestone, save the resulting date rather than just the interval length. Repeating a fresh calculation tomorrow moves the target forward; it does not count down to the target you saved today. Keep the original date if you want to monitor the remaining time.
Kepo offers Mac desktop widgets for repeated checks. The download link opens the app download page and does not automatically import this result or create a configured countdown. Keep a copy of the target date and counting rule when you explore a desktop workflow.
Choose another interval, or compare two dates you already know.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does 60 days from today mean two months?
Not necessarily. Sixty calendar days is a fixed duration in dates; two calendar months varies with the months involved. The fixed examples on this page show both matching and different results.

Sixty calendar days is eight complete weeks plus four days. It is not exactly eight weeks or nine weeks.
Are weekends and holidays excluded?
Not from the default calendar result. Workdays excludes Saturday and Sunday only; holidays remain included unless you account for them separately.
